Configure Microsoft Exchange Mail for Windows |

- Double click the Inbox icon on the desktop.
- Click the Tools menu located at the top of the window then click Options from the drop down menu.
- Click the Services tab located at the top of the window.
- Click the Add button, highlight Internet Mail by clicking on it once then click the OK button.
- Click the General tab located at the top of the window.
- Enter your real name or the name by which you wish to be known in the Full name field.
- In the box titled E-mail address enter your OBIM email address in the form username@subdomain.optusbiz.com where username is your OBIM username and subdomain is an unregistered company identifier, or username@domain where domain is your registered company domain name. Enter the email address in lower case letters.
- In the Internet Mail server box enter mail.optusnet.com.au in lower case letters.
- Note - aushealth.biz customers should use mail.aushealth.biz instead (for both the incoming and outgoing mail server).
- In the Account name box enter your OBIM username.
- In the Password box enter your OBIM password in lower case letters.
- Click the Advanced Options button.
- Enter mail.optusnet.com.au in the box in this window.
- Note - aushealth.biz customers should use mail.aushealth.biz instead.
- Click the OK button.
- Click on the Connection tab located at the top of the window.
- Select the "Connect using the network" option
- Click the Login as button.
- Click the Apply button then the OK button to save the settings.
